Closing an account
If you're leaving a gas supplied property and are no longer responsible for paying the bill, let us know on, or soon after, the day you move out. We'll then send you a final bill.
Make sure you have your customer number to hand, which you can find on your bill.
Opening an account
If you're moving into a property with a gas supply, let us know on, or soon after, the day you move in. We'll create a new account and set up your payments.
