When to provide a read?
We aim to visit your property regularly to read your gas meter and keep your bills accurate. If we can't access your meter, we'll send you an estimated bill instead, based on your past usage and seasonal trends. We'll attempt to read your meter for your next billing period.
If our estimated read differs by 10 or more units from your own reading, submit a photo below and we'll send you a revised bill.
If our estimate is within 10 units of your own reading, there's no need to send a read - we won't re-issue your bill. But don't worry, we'll try to read your meter for your next billing period.
