9th October Update 1: Interruption to gas supply

We’d like to thank everyone for your patience whilst we continue to work through the gas supply issue. The restoration plan is complete are we’re still aiming to begin the phased introduction of gas into the network from tomorrow
 
What you need to do
 
There are some simple steps you can take to help us get your supply back more quickly
 
1. Turn off your gas supply (ECV) at the meter. Instructions on how to do this can be found here

2. Let us know that you have done this. If you’ve helped a neighbour or relative do this, please make sure you tell us at hello@islandsenergygroup.com

3. Make sure all gas appliances are switched off.
