9th October Update 2: interruption to gas supply

We’re continuing to work on getting your gas supply to you. As part of our restoration plan, we’re asking all customers to follow these simple steps below to help us get your gas supply back as quickly as possible.

1. Please make sure your gas supply is turned off at the meter (ECV). Detailed instructions of where this is located and how to do it are on our website

2. It’s important you let us know that you have done this. If you’ve helped a neighbour or relative do this, please make sure you also let us know by filling out the form at the bottom of this page

3. Make sure all gas appliances are switched off. Please check cookers or any other gas appliances are off  If you have any questions or need help you can also call us on: 01534 755500
