9th October Update 3 - interruption to gas supply

We’re still working on restoring gas supply to your home and businesses.  The safety of our customers is our top priority, and we need to ensure that all our processes are being followed correctly to get supply back.

We are not in a position to start bringing this back tomorrow as we had hope and apologise for this. We will keep you updated via local media, our website, Facebook and Twitter feeds. We continue to ask for your help in getting supply back by following the simple instructions below

1. Make sure all gas appliances are switched off (boiler, cooker, fire etc)

2. Turn off the gas supply to your home at the meter. The emergency control valve is located next to your meter. Detailed instructions and a video for this are on our website https://islandenergy.je/gas-restoration-form

3. It’s important you let us know that you have done this. If you’ve helped a neighbour or relativeto turn off their supply also let us know. Please complete this form on our website:  https://islandenergy.je/gas-restoration-form  or call us on 01534 755500.

If you are aware of any neighbours who may need special help or who are away, please tell us so we can make any necessary arrangement. You can either complete the form on our website or call on the numbers above.
