How to move to paperless billing
It's simple for metered gas customers to register for e-billing at ieg.sps-ocs.co.uk - you'll simply need your account number (also known as your 'customer number'), which you can find on your bill.
Where we already have your email address on file, we may get in touch with you to let you know we're automatically transitioning you to e-billing. In this case, you don't need to do a thing - we'll take care of it!
