International Women's Day 2024

Happy International Women’s Day from everyone at IEG! Today we’re celebrating women in STEM. We’re proud to say that women make up over 60% of our leadership team. At IEG, we’re always working to create an inclusive culture.

To mark International Women’s Day, Jo Cox (our CEO), Helen Bishop (our COO) and Joanne Leech (our Group HR Director) spoke with the Jersey Evening Press to discuss their careers in our industry, as well as how we can encourage future generations of women to consider a career in STEM.
