Please note we are only able to ship to Jersey, Channel Islands.

We use a local partner who delivers to your door on Tuesday and Thursday each week (bank holidays not included).

You can choose a preferred delivery day at checkout and we will do our best to accomodate, cut off for next day delivery is 5pm and only if the product is in stock.

You will receive an email the evening before delivery is due to confirm despatch.

If the product is a special order we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day once we receive it in store.

Delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout and usually based on the largest item in the order though there are exceptions:

Please wait until you have received an email from us to advise that your order is ready for collection.

If the product is in stock this is typcially the following morning but can be quicker depending on the specific products so please keep an eye on your inbox.

All installations include the unpacking of your new item and removal and disposal of all packaging, the installation itself is dependent upon the type of product you have bought:

Washing machine, washer dryer and dishwasher installation includes the disconnection of the the old machine and connection of the new machine to existing pipework, before plugging into an existing 13 amp plug socket. No additional plumbing or electrical work will be undertaken.

Refrigeration units will be manouvred into the appropriate position and plugged into an existing 13 amp plug socket. No additional electrical work will be undertaken.

Freestanding electrical cooking appliances and hobs will be connected to  and existing electrical socket in situ, providing the amp rating is correct.  No carpentry work for hobs, and no additional electrical work will be undertaken.

Additional electrical work can be undertaken by IEG if previously quoted for and agreed in advance.

Additional Services

Remove and dispose of existing appliance

If the option is selected when adding the product to your basket prior to order, we can remove and dispose of your existing appliance when we make delivery. 

This is not available for built in products and is agreed to be on a like for like basis with the product you have purchased, costs vary per product and are highlighted prior to order.

Reverse direction of door opening 

When a refrigeration product has the option to reverse the way a door opens, we can alter this configuration prior to delivery.  This will add a short delay to delivery but is likely to make the product more convenient for use.  Please select this option on the product before puttin it in your basket. 


Returns and refunds will be governed by the terms set out in our returns and refunds policies.
1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our ecommerce platform. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item within the specified timeframe for a refund, replacement, or exchange, subject to the conditions and exceptions outlined below and as set out on our website.
2. Timeframe for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, we will not be able to accept returns.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. The item must not be damaged or altered in any way. Please ensure you always produce proof of your purchase should you elect to return products to us.
4. Exceptions to Returns
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Any goods that have undergone gas conversion, whether said conversion has been done by Island Energy, or any other accredited gas conversion service in Jersey
a) Items marked as final sale
b) Items damaged, where the damage has not been brought to the attention of the Energy Centre at the time of delivery.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact the Energy Centre at (tel) or mail us at (email) within the specified timeframe. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the address for the return shipment.
6. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund will include the price of the item and any applicable taxes, but will not include shipping and handling fees.
7. Replacements and Exchanges
If you wish to receive a replacement or exchange for your returned item, please indicate this when you contact the Energy Centre. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and other conditions.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact the Energy Centre immediately. We will arrange for a warranty repair, replacement or exchange, or issue a refund if the item is out of stock, and always in consultation with the manufacturer and following manufacturer’s guidelines.
9. Changes to the Returns Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and will apply to all purchases made after the date of the change.
If you have received the goods you must take reasonable care of them and not to damage them or the packaging. You must not use the goods. You must also return any received goods to us and they must be in their original packaging. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded and secure means of returning them. If the goods are lost or damaged we may charge you, or not refund you, the amounts of the loss or damage.
